How We Work
Our New Construction Process
Pre-Construction Consultation
We meet with you (and your builder or architect if available) during the design or permitting phase. We review the floor plan, discuss your technology goals, and map out every pre-wire location.
Design & Spec Sheet
We produce a detailed technology spec sheet with all wire types, locations, conduit runs, and equipment room requirements. This document is available for permit drawings and GC coordination.
Rough-In (Pre-Drywall)
We coordinate with your GC to schedule rough-in after framing and before insulation. All cabling, conduit, and rough-in boxes are installed cleanly and labeled for trim-out.
Trim-Out & Equipment Install
After drywall and paint, we return to terminate all cabling, install devices and speakers, build out the equipment rack, and prepare every system for programming.
Programming, Calibration & Walkthrough
We program all automation, calibrate audio and video, and walk you through every system before move-in. You'll know exactly how to use your home the day you get the keys.
